- Rates exclude 9% Hotel Tax and 5% Service Charge
- Extra bed charges are USD $50 plus 9% Hotel Tax and 5% Service Charge
- 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to confirm a reservation
- Balance deposit is required at least 30 days prior to arrival
- No cancellation charges if a confirmed reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation fee if a confirmed reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
