- Rates excluding 9% hotel tax and 10% service charge
- No extra beds or rollaway beds are available
- 50% deposit is required upon booking and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival
- Balance deposit is required at least 30 days prior to arrival
- No cancellation charges if a confirmed reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation fee if a confirmed reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
